These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, communications, and HVAC‑related services offered by Comfort Pros Air & Heat LLC, also doing business as Comfort Pros Air Heat ("Company"). By booking service, requesting an estimate, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services; Quotes; Scheduling

We provide residential and commercial HVAC inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation services. Estimates are based on available information and may change after on‑site diagnosis. Scheduling depends on technician availability and safety conditions.

2) Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, safe property access, required authorizations, and a safe work environment.

3) Pricing; Payment; Invoices

Prices exclude taxes, permits, disposal fees, and other charges unless otherwise stated. Payment terms appear on your invoice. We may charge late fees as permitted by law.

4) Cancellations; Missed Appointments

Notify us as early as possible when rescheduling or cancelling. We may charge a reasonable fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

5) Warranties; Disclaimers

We guarantee workmanship as stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible parts and equipment. Except where expressly stated, services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any amount exceeding what you paid for the specific services at issue.
